People pushing for SNAP restrictions claim it'll make you healthier. Let's be real. Healthy food is the most expensive in the store. You can't get it with the ~$6 daily benefit. If you actually care about nutrition, increase the benefit amount or make it affordable.

Concerning seeing all these states suddenly put in bills to restrict what people can buy with SNAP. If improving health is truly the reason, they would offer a universal approach, like a sugar tax. But they'd rather be cruel to those who already have it hard.
