this a great, simple, explanation of the issue...you do what you are best at. Wine grapes are grown in Napa Valley and the Finger Lakes because they grow best there. Wheat in the Great Plains. Wine grapes would not grow well in the Plains, nor wheat in the Finger Lakes.
