Between Cincinnati, Alabama, and this Nazi below at the happiest place on earth, it’s been a rough day for trans people. Stay strong. Keep being loud. You’re worth it.

“We have different beliefs” The idea of discussing trans people like they’re a “belief” has to end. They’re real. Measure a person on their intent, not their gender or pronouns. If your “beliefs” inhibit how you treat others, your beliefs are the problem and you need to change.

A great article that further accentuates the domino effect risk of allowing the government to deconstruct care for our trans youth. Stand up. Be loud.

Very astute, Daniel Radcliffe. Very astute. “…It was an absolute privilege to get to meet and listen to this incredible group of young people. At the end of the day, if you're going to talk about trans kids, it might be useful to actually listen to trans kids."

Thank you ACLU! One step at a time! Trans rights are human rights! Stay loud. Stay strong.

Proud to be a Washingtonian!

I challenge everyone to fit as many variations of these these words into your day-to-day, at work or otherwise, as possible:

Seeing and being amongst the protesters fighting for trans rights was moving and motivating! To every single trans person, kid, adult, and baby that doesn’t have the words to explain it yet: You deserve to be you. Who you are only belongs to you. You’re worth fighting for. Our voice is growing.

Strong protest at Seattle Children’s today! Great energy, great community, great cause! Affirming care saves lives! Protect trans youth! Stand up. Make noise.

Make it stick! Thank you ACLU! Keep fighting everyone! These EOs are criminal and blatant government-sponsored efforts to create prejudice and hurt real people, trans people.

Get at it Wa! Keep calling, emailing, and making noise! Be loud. Be heard. Protecting trans care is protecting civil rights!

Being a kid is hard. Being a kid while facing systemic prejudice and hate-fueled restrictions is destructive and dangerous. Stop. Hurting. Our. Children.

The Gilead train is coming. Stop buying tickets, America. Be loud. Stand up!

Reminder: Being transgender is not a choice. Supporting transgender people is. Do the right thing.

This is an absolute disgrace. Do better Washington state. We’re counting on you.

I highly suggest following Erin Read. I also suggest you contact your Attorney General and ask them fight the unlawful executive order trying to ban affirming care. Be a voice.

Fight for trans rights. Don’t stop. Likes, comments, and reshares of pro-trans and other LGBTQ content helps. Every attempt to grow this movement for basic human rights affords the world an opportunity to advocate. Let’s grow this one person at a time.

1. Protests have erupted at multiple hospitals across the United States that have decided to comply with Trump's executive order banning trans care under 19. Now, a lawsuit challenges that EO. Writer Mira Lazine writes about the importance of the protests. Subscribe to support our journalism.
