I'm sorry but in light of Trump having the audacity to label Zelensky a dictator I've decided that boycott any action that may aid the US federal government. I'm sickened by the grotesque rhetoric that is constantly being propagated by US culture and it's lack of accountability on the world stage.

Just back from my first gym session in a decade. I truly lament leg day so I started with it, feels like paying the credit card bill early, very satisfying. I think eating plants has proven fortuitous as I managed more than I would have thought. Time to start winding back that biological clock 🤘
