hello @cos.io here's an idea: how about adding a bluesky option so users can showcase their handle on their osf profile?

What does interacting with our personal data via LLMs mean for the future of human behaviour? Can they become our companions or alter egos? Learn more through this new BBC radio documentary www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/... and, if you are inspired, we are editing a call for papers 👇👇👇

Thinking 🤔 about the circular economy as the winter holidays approaches🌲. We need to change our gift giving culture - buying all new can't be a measure of how much we love each other. How about we all shop and ask for gifts via vinted depop Etsy thredup 🌱? #decision-making #behaviourchange ♻️

European Commission researchers say clothes, shoes, detergents, toys, iron&steel, glass... in total 18 product groups should be prioritised to set binding sustainability criteria in the EU. Particularly durability, recyclability, repairability. 1/3 joint-research-centre.ec.europa.eu/jrc-news-and...

I'm here for this.

Enjoying my morning coffee ☕️ reviewing a great little paper 🎶 until⚡️the authors reported a *significant effect contrary to* what they had predicted in their pre-reg. 🙅🏻‍♀️ Don't do this 😅 #phdchat #statchat

“In the present article, we (...) present a theory for why the space of person judgments is 2D (think of a circle) rather than three-dimensional (think of a sphere) or higher (good luck)” 😁 My kind of humour. Martin et al. (2021) doi.org/10.1177/1745...

Interested in Research Integrity and journal article retractions? This is a fun dashboard to have a play with. Data comes from Retraction Watch Database. retraction-dashboard.netlify.app

Open letter from a group of sleuths re problems with editors/papers at Scientific Reports deevybee.blogspot.com/2024/10/an-o... They've published 23K papers in 2024 with APC of £2090, raising £48 million from this journal alone, so should be able to put resource into cleaning this up.

So many comments about paper mills, tortured retractions, and insane publisher profits in all my feeds. The Beall's list blacklisting "predators" is so 2000s. The COPE list is not diagnostic. Academia needs to curate itself and stop relying on indices from for-profit publishers. What's out there?

I'm particularly interested in #choice and problem architecture and #systemic cognition: how different behavioural and cognitive designs interact with sight, and imagination to produce #judgments, #decisions, and #creative insights and impact behaviours. 2/2
