My #MLBPlayerRespect choice for the #SEAvsTEX series goes to Jonah Heim. IIRC, he hit walkoffs against the M's two consecutive days a couple years ago, and I still fear him coming to the plate against us in clutch situations.

A chat on discord caused me to do a little research. Of the last 7 pitchers to win 20 games in a season (back to 2018), 5 of them were injured the next season. Of the two that weren't, one is Gerrit Cole who missed half of 2024 and all this year. The other is out of the game for DV and SA. (Urias)
