My American Legion, Post 810, located in the Bustleton section of Philadelphia received this section of a veteran's tombstone. We have no idea who left it at our door. We also cannot ID the Army veteran, Walter Custis, Jr. We think the date is his birthdate. Any help is appreciated. #Veterans
