I started my nude journey when I was 23 or so. That is when a door opened in my life. A friend opened the door nude and explained he was a naturist. It was non sexual and new. It took me a while to get used to being nude. I can never go back. #bodyfreedom

I’m not going to lecture you that nudity isn’t sexual, because it’s natural that we are attracted to the human body, and no one should feel ashamed for that. But our species existed for hundreds of thousands of years before clothes were invented, and we managed to get other stuff done too. (1/2)

"nudity ≠ sex" is obviously true for the seasoned naturist. But might the newbie feel shame if they cannot unlink the concepts in their first time anxiety? What if we said "Naturists learn to separate nudity and sex"? It took time for me to undo the falsehoods society taught me 💚

Back in 2014 a decade ago I asked Can naturism and the clothes free community survive if we go off and hive? Back then ppl l will do what I want to do. Now we see the result we aren’t even a hive. No societal or political clout. No when we speak no one listens. The question remains.
