Donald Trump’s 2024 Christmas Day Message to America ended by referring in all caps to his critics, foreign and domestic, and writing: “MAY THEY ROT IN HELL. AGAIN, MERRY CHRISTMAS!” The man who wrote those words will take (and thus defile) the Oath of Office as President on January 20, 2025.
