This is an outstanding article that does a great job articulating and contextualizing a lot of what makes Death Stranding so special, and unique. it's one of the greatest games I've ever played, and I absolutely adore it. I love Metal Gear, but Death Stranding stands very tall all on its own.

A lowkey thing I got a kick out of this week was how much the AEW crew loved being in Mexico and were honored to work Arena Mexico. A direct contrast to all the NASCAR nepo babies who threw a fit about going there, some who literally called it a shithole.

Grand Slam Mexico was one of those shows that makes me thankful that AEW exists. A major American TV show not just happening at Arena Mexico, but leaning into all the stuff that makes that building great. Wouldn’t happen anywhere else.

I feel forever vindicated in abandoning consoles & strictly gaming on PC. On consoles, you're always at the whims of corporations, & short of alternatives without spending even more money. Meanwhile I can use a 10 year old PC to still play games I like, & never have to deal with all the corpo BS!
