not to just be a doomer but yes, this is right, but it's only right insofar as those employees have a place to go to vindicate those rights. if the MSPB doesn't have a quorum (which is in litigation right now), federal employees can have all the due process rights but they don't have a remedy.

Israel hasn’t stopped bombing and killing people in Lebanon and the West Bank since the ‘ceasefire’ began and Netanyahu was always going to use hostages as grounds for pummeling Gaza some more. He could’ve brought all of them home by Oct 10, 2023 in exchange for not invading Gaza but he said no.
