Hire people as Jr even tho their technical skills may not be "up to par", because the soft skills are the hardest to train and acquire
Hell, hire people as trainees if you feel they don't reach your bar for a Jr role

Yeah, updated yesterday to check. Might repair game installation or maybe it's win11 and I'm fucked lol I'm on a Ryzen 5 5600x , 16gb ram if I'm not mistaken and a gtx4070 (weird rig I know) but it should work fine

I have an OC named Clara: magus corps trainee, astral sea elf, blonde bob and star studded purple eyes. She'd about 20ish in human years. She never liked swords, so she attached a dagger to a bo staff, creating a light lance. She later requested one made at the smithy as her contraption broke often😶🌫️
