✨ It’s been a bit quiet here… well, on my socials at least — not so much in real life! 😅 We've been busy switching rooms around the house, moving my hobby/creating room back upstairs to the attic. 🧵

Hallo daar, nieuwe vriend!

✨ WIP Wednesday! ✨ Voor mijn Vlaamse/Nederlandse volgers: hier is een kijkje achter de schermen bij mijn nieuwste portret van Tine Embrechts! 🎨 Wat denken jullie tot nu toe? Laat gerust een reactie achter! 💛

Two portraits, one collage — both created using the same reference of Brent Spiner as Data. ✍️ Each side tells its own story. One is who he is, the other who he wants to be. Which side draws your eye the most? Let me know! 💛🖤

Remember

WIP Wednesday! 🚀🎨 Finished another portrait for my watercolor painting of the TNG cast—this time, Dr. Beverly Crusher (Gates McFadden). Used colored pencils to refine the details and bring her to life. 🖌️💙 Only one portrait left... well, almost. Worf still needs some serious work! 🫣

**"Couldn't resist the urge to take out my colored pencils and tweak the previous portrait a bit. ✏️💛 I'm pretty happy with how it turned out in the end! What do you think—did the colored pencils improve the design, or did it make it worse? 🤔✨ Let me know! 👇

In the category: I have no idea what I'm doing, it's just practice. Haven't created anything in over a week because life has been lifing. 🫠🎨 Here's Data (Brent Spiner) in mixed media—just letting the creativity flow! Should I leave it like this or try to improve it? 🖤💛

**#ThrowbackThursday** to 2023, when I experimented with a unique artistic approach—dividing a single portrait into four sections and filling each with a different medium. Here’s my take on **Brent Spiner as Data**, brought to life with graphite pencils, watercolors, markers, and pastels.

Some of my early and not-so-early Data fan art! Brent Spiner as Data (Star Trek: TNG) has always been one of my comfort characters, so I often use him to experiment with different techniques. I've worked with graphite pencils, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, and digital drawing

What better way to celebrate someone's birthday than with a new portrait drawing? Happy B-Day, Brent Spiner! You’ll always be the best 'Data' 😉. Drawn with graphite pencils (Staedtler) – a great addition to my Book of Faces! 🎨✨ #BrentSpiner #StarTrekTNG #Data #GraphiteDrawing #BookOfFaces

Made some small progress on a project I started in 2024: a watercolor painting of the crew from Star Trek: The Next Generation. Last weekend, I added details to Captain Picard's portrait. That’s 5 down, 2 more to go! Follow me to see the end result (hopefully later this year!) 🚀🎨

✨ Finished this portrait of Eva Green as Miss Peregrine! 🖤 This was my first time using black graphite pencils (Staedtler), and I loved exploring all the details. 🎨 I want to draw more women—especially those who’ve made a meaningful impact on our world. 🌍💪 Who do you think I should draw next?

Sharing my art journey, one portrait at a time. 🎨 Layer by layer, she’s coming to life – my latest project is Eva Green as Miss Peregrine. 🖌️ This is part of my ambition to honor women (real or fictional) who’ve made a meaningful impact on our world. 🌟 Who should I draw next? Let me know!

Calling All Art Lovers and History Buffs! 🎨💡 I’m starting a new art project, and I need your help! Who are the strong women, past or present, who have truly shaped our world? 💪🌍 I want to honor their stories and achievements through my art. ✨ Nominate someone who inspires you!

🎥 Reel: One Day or Day One? This reel features one of my favorite portraits from 2024 (James McAvoy as Professor X) versus my very first portrait from 1998 (Brian Littrell, aka B-Rok, from the Backstreet Boys).
