the thing I miss most about university was that there was a lecture hall in the faculty of engineering building where the shape of the seats made it so when you leaned back on them they would crack your spine in the PERFECT spot. I have found no other seats that do it as good.

我一贯认同自己是中国人，哪怕在德国已经生活了三十多年。我也认同自己是德国人，但是一般不会挂在嘴上讲，因为说自己是中国人会比较好玩，可以带来碰撞和交流，在德国说自己是德国人有什么意思嘛。两个孩子则完全不认为自己是中国人，他们从小到大都不曾被灌输过“祖宗里有中国人，就生生世世是中国魂”这类奇思妙想。别人如果问他们是不是从亚洲来，他们会回答：我妈妈是中国人。中国人在我们的心中不是贬义词。我在德国人的眼皮下不仅自在地当中国人，同时也在诠释中国人，用自己的言行击破各种他们对中国人的刻板印象。我身上披挂着各种各样的标签，五彩斑斓。我很大，标签很小，中国人这个标签永远不会是我的牢笼。
