Just a thought, America in general loves a class action lawsuit, do all the government workers that have been fired without the proper procedures or cause by Elon form a class? Might take dent out of his Billions.

Hockey fans, don’t post the argument that the US anthem shouldn’t be booed because of veterans. It is very likely that US veterans that have fought side by side with Canadians since WW1 would be appalled by Trump attacking Canada’s sovereignty with his made up lies and undemocratic edicts.

Anybody notice that Trump is doing everything by executive order? Seems like a King that issues Royal decrees or Emperor ruling by Edict. No checks and balances when voters give the Congress, Courts and Presidency to the one man. It’s going to take much more effort to fix than to 🗳️ intelligently.

With the Musk hostile takeover of US gov't databases, how does Canada protect Canadians' Visa and Immigration Information? On top of the need to source Canadian, we also need to think about how and if Canada's agencies share information with the US. Looks like FBI, DHS, DOJ are being compromised.

While 🇨🇦 puts together it's 🧰 against Trump's tariffs, Export Development Canada should become proactive, identifying opportunities in the Can-EU, CP Trans Pacific and 🇨🇦 🇲🇽 Trade agreements. This includes actively engaging Cdn businesses and mobilizing embassy trade staff to develop new markets.

Putin and Xi must be howling with laughter at the Trump tariffs! Trump is attacking NATO allies with tariffs, trying to weaken the strongest democracies and NATO. Remaining members of NATO should move as much defence spending to each other and eliminate US equipment purchases.

@canadianpolitics.bsky.social Since Trump has decided to violate the CUSMA / NAFTA agreement shouldn't 🇨🇦 and 🇲🇽 just agree to continue direct and equal tariffs on US products. As there isn't an effective Trade deal with the US, export duties on power, water, oil and all raw resources. 🇺🇸 gas price ↗️
