Ah, the way you said it in the video made it sound like it was already released. Glad I haven’t missed anything.

Is it out? As far as I can tell it still shows a July pre-order date.

Yikes, that feels a bit deceptive dunnit? Good luck.

Lovely. I’ve got the better part of that pitch done, so I’m glad to hear it wasn’t doomed from the beginning.

I see. So if I wanted to do a story inspired mainly by one specific dragon from Polish legend, would that be in the clear?

Does it have to strictly be a cryptid? I thought the original announcement said you could pitch folklore monsters in general.

You’re into Beyblade X? Class.

Just had a look and I’m not very excited by the prospects of the card deck with minis being 20 quid, putting each mini at about £7. Was hoping the prices would be less aligned with Warhammer, though maybe the dedicated sets will be better value.

Wait, Lego Fortnite has been around for a year and a half?! 🤢

Just Kingpin and Black Cat for me, though I wouldn’t have minded if we got a few more unreleased characters from the games instead of extra suits.

I think I normally prefer her normal colours, but I think this is the best I’ve seen the prototype colours look!

There’s still loads to be stressed about (uni offers, coursework, personal projects, and the world at large), but it’s nice to still be able to find joy in the simple things.

I don’t think you’re a ‘new’ follower at this point, but hello! Nice to have you here.

I really wish these were available for the same price over in the UK. I’d really like Aloy and Jin, but the prices are an absolute piss take (£40 for Jin and £50(!) for Aloy).

I was actually seeing it with my little sister who is a fan of the books and she quite enjoyed it, so I’d say it’s worth a go. I have no attachment to it but I thought it was good craic as well.

I’ve always been fascinated with that figure so it’ll be a pleasure to watch your video on it.

Absolutely fair. Hope it works out!

Yeah. I decided to back him today to bump the numbers up but I’m still thinking it through. I’ll probably jump ship if he doesn’t get all the tiers, but I do quite want a decent Liokaiser.

May do some unaffiliated ‘fanart’ to show alongside the launch for funsies if I have time 👀
