How about an informal youtube live discussion? like consciousness talks (we haven't done it for a while). Say, niccolo (or other coauthors) 10 min summary for the original paper, 10 min from francesco/matteo/qianchen for their summary, then 10 min rebuttal from you, followed by max 1 hr discussion?
