Ao3 will never delete your fics to conserve server space. The entire point of Ao3 is to be an archive to preserve fics no matter what. 'Deprecated' is basically tech speak for 'old/obsolete' which isn't a thing when it comes to Ao3 or fandom content hosted on Ao3. Don't fall for this!
