Okay so this is a great even further future AMTRAK dev plan but I still have to note the lack of connectivity for the Rio Grande Valley with the rest of Texas; I think it'd be a good idea for a state rail to run from Laredo to Brownsville then up to Corpus (and then link back around to SA or Hou)
