Here's the list of extensions I am currently using: Blur my shell + Dash to Panel + Openbar + V-Shell are the ones making most of the user interface like you saw. Also, I have disabled some of the built-in extensions because of compatibilities/visual glitches issues

Even Netflix premium has ads now. Anyways I will never pay a subscription for something that I can find an alternative. If premiums were good, we wouldn't complain so much about the price, the features and whatever thing they add add in it (like paid promotions/ads)
