In other news.Took the track shoes out of retirement.1st time in 6 years.1km reps. Urrggggh. Hurt more than when Michael Jones wouldn't be my boyfriend when i was 5* But i feel strong for getting back💪 Obvs expect will go sub 13 mjns at #parkrun this weekend now 😃 *NB he did kiss me when I was 16

Came home to this loveliness on my doorstep. Did a little tear. Last time anything was left was a Petty McPetty Face leaving something ridiculous to "prove a point".(The point being some people are complete c@nts) My neighbours as a collective have really looked out for me the last yr.I am blessed
