Feels to me that he is playing a game of Chicken with China which is completely devoid of reality. OUR financial markets DO NOT like uncertainty. China has a strong economy, its robust & they don't have to capitulate & they R not. This is MASSIVELY stupid as China can take the hit but the US CANNOT.
