Just thoughts: I've spent half of 2024 trying to fight my anxiety and learn to trust again, I've isolated myself to a few friends and stepped out of my comfort zone a lot to try to deal with my OCD. I'm so grateful to my friends for being so supportive, I haven't felt this safe in a long time
