This, so much.

High intelligence is a curse, not a gift.

If you sit in a jail cell for 4 hours until the Mayor decides what you should be charged with it’s political and not criminal. Happy to introduce you to the attorneys at the Institute for Justice or to FIRE because these folks need to be held accountable.

I’ll throw this out there: Lawyers have the highest rates of narcissism and psychopathy of any profession. Thus, no one should be on the bench unless they’ve first undergone a comprehensive psychological evaluation and found to not be a narcissist or a sociopath.

That’s how you write a headline, people.

Do us a favor and arrest a Member of Congress for telling people what their constitutional rights are. Go ahead and try it thug. bsky.app/profile/acyn...

The resistance will bring down Musk and Trump. Congress, wake up before your power is gone. The GOP begging Trump to release money to their states is pathetic—stand up to this tyranny. Congress controls the purse strings.

Okay okay, just hear me out…

Chancellor Crystal Hines Martin of Hinds County, Mississippi has issued a prior restraint order so ludicrously unconstitutional it’s only consistent with deliberate misconduct or abject ignorance of the relevant law. Disgraceful and lawless. /1

If the era of inescapable surveillance is upon us, it might as well be used for good as well as for evil. Keeping law enforcement, including ICE, on notice that the public is watching can be an effective way to minimize abuses by the powers that be.

Stay classy, AZ!

Talking with @theovonprofile.bsky.social about how we have to feed the middle class.

I’ve never seen or heard of her before now. I basically almost never experience any political media of any sort—prolific blocks and muted words Do you believe in interwebs love at first sight? She’s so fucking smart, and *sharp*, and quick-witted, with laser focused points. And also very hot.

It’s okay to be afraid, so long as you don’t let your fear paralyze you. Courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s the willingness to disregard it in order to do the truly right thing. Stand up, or shut up.

Indict me, HOman. I’d *love* the chance to set some new, highly favorable First Amendment case law.

We've been warning about the cliff for years. Full steam ahead, the first car on the train hits the air... Do you: A) Debate track quality? B) Debate why your train car is better than mine? C) Debate if the conductor is qualified? D) Get off the fucking train?

Don’t hate; litigate!
