Same here! I've got a notification for a parcel arriving today and it'll be a surprise. I sometimes wonder if it's a cognitive workaround to give me more surprises and more dopamine 😁

Oh yes! Quiet, shy girl to adult autism diagnosis pipeline.
On one of my courses, people used to get upset with the quiet people, saying we were withholding. Truth was a lot felt too redundant to say out loud, and I'd get overwhelmed and lose my words when all the eyes were on me. I prefer observing
