Why is parking on the pavement the default now? People often say they "need" to park on the pavement to maintain access for energy vehicles. But what I see mostly is people parking on the pavement because of habit, ignorance or entitlement. This example serves no purpose 1/2

Perhaps, in hindsight closing so many railways was the wrong decision and there's evidence the passenger count methodology was poor, but people sometimes need to evaluate their rose tinted vision of the railways, especially pre-privatisation. Excellent argument by @katesonanadventure.bsky.social
