In 2017 I gave a bedroom to a refugee from #Syria who'd been in direct provision & needed accommodation. He became a brother to me & I regard him & his family as my family. Trying not to be too hopeful, because who knows what the future holds, but the thought of Assad fleeing fills me with joy. 🇸🇾
