What I’ve learned from letting the tRump 1.0 actions outrage me for 4 years, & now dealing with family who’s woken up in 2-0. Those of us who’ve been paying attention all along need to take care of ourselves. We need to be ready & mentally healthy to help calm the outrage & lead the resistance.
