I really need to update my kofi lol I am finally making progress and I need to add it! I really wanted a place that has all of my WIP of Rakule so I can show folks the process in one spot. That said, the old mask is on there if people wanna check that out. ( link in my bio)

Need to take a break from sculpting a bit ( even though I don’t want too lol) as I need to raise the last bit of cash for molding. I know it’ll kill me if I have these all sculpted and I can’t continue to the next step. Gotta figure out what I can do. Maybe some drawings??

Okay I think I am finally in a direction I like. Now it’s doing more fine textures. Also getting the other arm up to speed.

I turn 40 this year and I’d really like to do something special but zero clue what haha

I’ve resculpted Rakule’s arms scales 4 times now. I think I finally have something I like. I really want them to look natural and that’s proving to be difficult

Oh hey @bouncybat.bsky.social

When I was 100lbs heavier I was very self conscious of my arms. Especially how T shirts would fit me. They would kind of ride up on me and I hated it. Well it’s starting to happen again and I am trying to convince my self it’s from muscle gains. It’s like throwing me for a loop 😵‍💫

I’ll never understand people doing their weight reps RIGHT in front of the weight rack?? Like the whole point of a bench to bring them over there lol

Arm day in the gym today, excited as I couldn’t really train last week. Feels good to be back. Thankful I can even be here.

Fixed this clay tool. Hoping I can get a little more use out of it. Don’t have the funds to buy more clay tools right now. Used some wire and plumbers putty to mend it. Fingers crossed it lasts a bit longer

Being able to sculpt and work on Rakule has been so therapeutic. Can’t express how much this project means to me

Guys I am having too much fun.

Sale preview for the lion head is now up here: www.furaffinity.net/view/59956519/

I still remember this one compliment someone gave me at a sculpting panel I did. Really changed my perspective on how I view my clay work. Essentially they said as soon as they saw my sculpture work on the table, they knew they were in for a great panel. ; ; thank you kind stranger where ever you are

I wash my hands a million times as I don’t want to transfer anything to the clay case of cure inhibition ( I cook with a lot of onions and garlic). Problem is my hands are getting wrecked. Trying to figure out what kind of soap or cream I can use instead. Currently just wash with dawn.

Sculpting veins when I am pretty certain the millions of scales I am about to sculpt will make them disappear lol. Ah well, I am having fun. It’s like adding tiny details to a painting no one will ever see or notice. I did it for me haha

Man this is the third clay tool I’ve killed on this project. I am gonna have to order replacements, as this one played an important part. Ugh

Back in the gym and I am so happy ; ;

I am honestly so excited for this part ( let’s be honest I am excited to sculpt all of it haha)

Posting so the adjuster finally contacts my partner about our poor car 🙌🏻. Still no word :/

It’s been fun to smoosh as many lizards and reptiles into Rakule as possible. So many cool scale patterns out there!!!
