First day #running in two weeks. 165 day running #streak ended Feb 8 after days of fever, cough, congestion and stomach upset coupled with peroneal tendonitis. Thought I’d still be fit after daily elliptical but felt like I was starting back from scratch. At least I got to volunteer for #parkrun.
