Midlife folk or folk who are entering midlife, I need some help. These intense hot flashes and 4am wake up calls ain’t it. My periods were medically stopped because of severe endometriosis I had surgery for last year, and the anemia that resulted from the endo. (1)

The energy of this full moon feels mellow. It’s kind of nice. The moon is also at apogee (the furthest point away from Earth in its orbit); so that is probably contributing as well. After the Mercury retrograde we just had, this feels like a vacation!

Right, then. This week will be devoted to gathering supplies for and crafting large and imposing talismans. So far, pendants include a a 2” rose quartz point, a 3 1/2” pewter dagger with labradorite, and a silver Victorian hand with an asp coiled around the wrist that’s about 2.5”.
