I spoke at Godmothers yesterday in Summerland, CA. Such a beautiful bookstore! I forgot to take pics of the event (😆, I was kinda preoccupied), but I did manage to take this one with their Godmothers Wall afterwards. I hope to eventually be on there. On to the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. 📚

It’s been a lovely morning already! One of the babies on the bus waved at me as I was out with the dogs (of course I smiled and waved back). Then I found hyacinths in my backyard and saw a mama squirrel carrying a baby across the street. ☺️ I think I like this little life. 🥰

Oooh that makes me think! A women’s only public bathhouse… I mean ik American wellness and day spas are available but they can be so overpriced. I would love a jimjilbang with natural hair stylists and eco friendly nail techs in house, along with masseuses.

I agree except one thing. The only unconditional love is that between a mother and a baby. Conditions form as the child ages due to the expectations that come with each age milestone.
