It's sad because it's true.

Ahem, I just used the phrase, "ambulatory uteri" in an article and now I believe I deserve the rest of the day off.

Not on vacation, this is just my life.

Tuesdays are usually my super-power. For whatever reason I can get a shit-tonne of stuff done on Tuesdays and I love it. So I am fighting against the flight-fight-FREEZE extra hard today. Send help.

It's pouring down rain, and I need a slightly creepy, atmospheric movie for the afternoon. Suggestions?

True.

Tonight

Please know you are not alone.

“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” - Dr. Martin Luther King

As the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wisely said, "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." Today and every day, I pledge to never silence my voice in the fight for what is right, and I will continue to march in the path he forged toward justice.

I pulled an all-dayer, please clap

This is a GREAT tip!

Hello Bsky, Here are some things about me: I wrote a textbook that is used in massage therapy schools around the world (A Massage Therapist's Guide to Pathology). I live on the Oregon Coast and I love it. I am an Oma and I love that too. I am a quilter, and I dye fabric, and it feeds my soul.
