Seems the issue was more with an 87-year-old driving than stop signs. We need yearly driving tests after a certain age.

Mixed use development seems to be a proven successful formula such as laist.com/shows/take-t.... Hopefully North Berkeley BART can attempt to follow proven formulas for housing.

Most council meetings are at 5pm, which pretty much rules out any parents.
