As a U.S. citizen, I am spitting nails over the gall of the Administration “looking at” suspending habeas corpus. The lawyer in me knows that only Congress can suspend the privilege of habeas during rebellion or invasion and we’re under neither. FU, Stephen Miller, you cartoony villain.
