It's a gross understatement to say that I'm not a fan of DoFo, but...I have to say that I like this move. Maybe I'm reacting emotionally rather than intellectually, but in the case of fighting Trump tariffs it might be best to lead rather than to follow.

I'm pleased to see that Montreal is holding a public consultation on the homelessness crisis. What might come of it, I can't guess. But the crisis will not solve itself, and shutting down tent camps and safe-injection sites only moves the problem elsewhere. 1/2
