One of the most common questions I get is “How do you do that?” For context, I attend events and draw live, usually on a massive piece of paper, in permanent pen, and I have little or no idea what’s coming next.

When asked what makes a good ally one response was “Come out as one!” Being visibly supportive rather than staying quiet might not seem like much but it is a powerful way to show support and challenge prejudice.

I love a round table! I get to be a roving reporter, travelling around the room doing the most important part of my job- listening. At events like Event Buyers Live the round tables are repeated so over the course of several sessions I start to see common themes.
