As I've said before, what we're dealing with fundamentally here, and have been dealing with for some time, is evil. Our political norms and political media prohibit talking about a mainstream political faction this way. But it is the truth. It needs to be known and it needs to be said.

The House Republican reconciliation bill will now ban both surgeries and HRT prescription under Medicaid for all Americans. Earlier, I posted that it wouldn’t affect HRT. This is incorrect. I was mistaken, because the bill refers to medications for trans people… as “procedures.”

yep, again: my wife's entire team was recently fired from her nonprofit hospital a month ago because the Trump administration ceased all Medicaid reimbursements at the beginning of the year 95% of the stories I read never mentioned Medicaid once
