Spring cleaning time I watch Hoarders because it drives me nuts to the point I have to deep clean. I finally got my diabetes meds (for one month anyway) and am having to follow the diet strictly so I'm watching 600 lb life to motivate me. Meds +TV therapy works. Glucose has gone from 300s to 90s!

Grandma fun today. Grandson (4) eating a leftover valentine fun dip and I put the powder in a bowl to reduce mess. I caught this kid putting the bowl upside down on his knee to get the powder residue then licking it off his knee. Photographic proof. Do granddaughters do this stuff? No? Just boys?

Grandson got this book in the mail from Dolly Parton's Imagination Library program the other day. We read it right away and it's about a rabbit doing a snow dance and it snows! Grandson sang along and what do you know? It snowed here that night and the wonder and awe on that boy's face was amazing.

I have to get a dash cam. Today I saw a Cricut type vinyl bumper sticker in cursive. "Wanderlust" then looked again and it really said "Wanderslut" . Intentionally spelled wrong? I don't know. It made my day though.

Grandson (4) and I were out back playing and he was drumming on the fence. "guess the song grandma!" I went through every Blippi, Miss Rachel, Cocomelon, fairy tale song I could think of and gave up. "It's H.O.T.T.O.G.O! " I'm too old LOL

work on a #quilt for a week or so. Finish the top. Lay it out to take a photo.. Grandson can't resist. He has to try it out. lol It's very pink but shows up red on my cheap camera. I'll take a better picture when it's quilted and the boy is in school.

240 cases of whooping cough in TN in 2024. Grandson is coughing like croup this morning so of course grandma had to google the difference. He's vaccinated thank goodness. Croup it is!

I want a meal I can eat with a fork. Seems like everything is finger food anymore. I can't cook a lot any more due to arthritis so everything I cook is sausage and biscuits, a sandwich, frozen pizza, egg rolls.. yuck. Grandma needs some green food!!

I've never been diagnosed dyslexic.I did write J S and 3 backwards until 4th grade. But it's never been a problem really in 60 years until I started quilting. HOW did I do 20 4 squares correctly but 10 the order is reversed? No pics lol My shame is not documented
