Been messing around with the RetroTINK 2X Pro's scanline filter for 240p games, I think it can actually look better than the normal straight capture of the game. Here's MGS's title screen without the scanline filter or adjustments for it.

Well I think it's safe to say that I am pretty much credit card debt free at this point. I've been able to get my balance to be pretty low to the point where I shouldn't have to worry about interest anymore. I still think it's stupid that it's better to not fully pay off your cc debt, but w/e

So I figured out that if I set my RetroTINK 2X Pro's Mode to Passthrough instead of Line2X, it doesn't do this weird "twitching" which is called "bob interlacing". The video in this post is with the Line2X mode on my RetroTINK 2X Pro:

Indulging in physical media is arguably the best way to get away from all the enshittification that has been going around for years now in order to be able to consume said media in the modern era. I feel like that's half of the appeal these days for people getting into physical media.

I mostly think I want a frog OC because every time I have seen someone else's frog OC I end up really liking the design a lot, and it's a lot less common of a species I see people have as well for their OCs. That's at least what I'm thinking about right now.
