It would be called Cafe Insomnia. We’d serve cakes and baked goods from local bakeries and use local beans as well as luxury blends. Maybe coffee liqueur and espresso martinis. Our ideal staff would be trained in hosting as well as barista skills. Picture bartending, without all the drunk people.
