It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation. I can’t imagine someone not outgrowing that, but apparently it happens quite a lot!

Very interesting to look at the age distribution in the exit poll. The SPD which already did very poorly with young voters last time continues to loose further there - a party of pensioners. Interestingly, also huge losses for the Greens among young voters and massive gains for the Linke.

podcaster should be one of those German compound verbs that gets conjugated as "ich caste pod," or better yet with conditionals placed inside the verb, as in "ich caste nur pod, wenn ich was geforscht und geschrieben habe. Ich caste nie pod um nur so rumzuhängen aufm micro."
