If I hear "survive to twenty-five" as if that'll fix things even one more time. If your studio is not sustainable in '24, it won't be in '25. Plan continuation bias is your enemy here: you have to adjust to this era of "try to get a publisher, but 100% assume you'll end up self-publishing".
