My boss and I vented our frustrations a bit with how we work 24/7 despite me doing other things on the side (vtubing) and I mentioned how draining it is. He told me that come next year we'll just simply take more days off if we need it because it's not fair for me and him to have 2 sick days total.

And thats the end of therapy for a month! He/they will be going on vacation, so i will have time to take the month away from things and work on myself as a way to see how far i've come. I have some things I gotta do and try! I also have some stuff I gotta think of and about for growth.
