my favorite press release lately is one for horse art. horses in a sanctuary make art. you can buy it. a dog and a cat also make art, too. I have no clue where to write about the horse art, but I love knowing it exists.

shared my Traitor’s experience with @businessinsider.com! Finding out how to get around the paywall to read my article should be a challenge on the Traitors www.businessinsider.com/trying-trait...

did you eat? take your meds? drink water? read about the usps mules who deliver mail to people in the bottom of the grand canyon?

My piece on David Hockney for Observer got lost in the art week shuffle. Don't be skeptical of his iPad paintings. My man's always been the first to test out new technology, like fax machines and laser printers!

love that I worry about conflicts of interest when I write about art acquaintances, yet here is musk awarding himself government contracts and cutting staff at regulatory agencies that oversee his companies.

This is the most wretched campaign of deliberate, explicit persecution the United States has perpetrated against a minority group in decades. Many of the most important people in politics and journalism are busying themselves trying to figure out how little to say or do about it.

was so busy with art fairs that I broke my wordle streak :(

This article lays it out plainly. There's nothing to repeal. Costco doesn't have a DEI program. It doesn't have a diversity policy. It simply doesn't use discriminatory hiring practices. These AGs are in hysterics bcuz Costco refuses to segregate its business.

stranger, friendly: nice Chow me: thank you! stranger, still friendly: leave me alone

can’t do anymore game birthday parties because I get way too into it and annoyed when other people just want to vibe

Street sweeping plagued Los Angeles, my neighbor informed me that sweeping is only biweekly now. You can even search your address to see what weeks they will sweep. Spread the word. Sleep in more often. streetsla.lacity.org/find-street-...

Every word I read about congestion pricing reminds me of when they reintroduced wolves in Yellowstone and the whole ecosystem started working correctly again.

in the rain, testing out the fleece lined tights I bought for next week’s visit to nyc. don’t really have any proper jackets for precipitation though
