Why is he so obsessed about controlling like 1% of the population?... This is beyond rediculous, let people live there lives. This is not what a gouvernment is for.

I hope that won't affect my books purchases, I follow several american authors. I don't want to loose access to books that I will like or have to interupt/incomplete series.

This is becoming a very disturbing obsession of him, this is not what a gouvernment is for, a gouvernment is suppose to be about finance stability and the security of the country, NOT to control how someone should live there lives...

This is becoming very a disturbing obsession of hes... There are things a zillions more important that this, like lthe fire in California, gun controls, affordable groceries, utilities and medicals.
He only care about power, control and money... Pure evil...

I'm not even american, but I'm still very scared, a huge bag of mixed emotions, I feel that it's the begining of "the end of the world" (politically, but still)...

I know, also for Thread. Since I use IG for a specific purpose and only follow specific type of accounts, I'm going to be ok for now.
I think Facebook is going to be the most affected, due to demographic and type of person on the platform.
I'm still cleaning my FB and finished Twitter/X 2 days ago.

Meta have gone MAGA. Well, I think it's been that way for while now.
I've been fading out Facebook since late 2023, deleting everything I can on Activity Log and the posts on my profile, unsubscribe from pages and groups I no longer need or available on other platform.
I only use IG for my projects.

I should be ok, my eyesight is not the best, but physical books are easier to read than a screen. But I've been thinking for while to get a big magnifying glass for books
Love graphic novels.
Also I just saw the interview you did on WHNT-TV (posted on MSN), it's great. :-)

Can't wait to read it, I have to wait for Canada Post to be done with the delays to make an order. The drawing style is very cute. :-)
But from the preview, the text in the bubble look small, smaller than the other books I have.

And the scariest part is that in November, Fox News surpass MSNBC and CNN in term of rating, making it #1 for "News". Very scary, good thing I don't watch any of those and don't follow politics in general.

I recently started to delete everything on my Twitter/X, including replies and reactions, since I kept a have backup on a text document, I will repost things that are still revelant to Thread and here on BlueSky. I do the same with Facebook. I want to shift my focus on Instagram, Thead and BlueSky.

Sadly, society don't care about niche or unpopular things like we do, people these days only care about politics, funny memes, selfies and things that are popular...
Sadly we live in a society that everyone is manipulated (even brainwashed) by the media, popularity and peer-presure...

Same, I'm not popular either, and not planning to be, I just post for fun and for my mental health, most of the likes I get are from bots and that's only on occasion.
I don't post selfies, only a few projects.

It's never too late for books content, I'm also thinking about posting my monthly reading calendar. I'm already posting the books I purchase on Instagram. :-)

Totally agree. Living with autism, ADHD and sensory issues is a real thing and it's not always easy.

Air Conditioning is a must in the summer, I have a very low tolerance for summer heat. Specially with sensory issues, I hate everything about summer...

Start and end is almost 100% garantie, but during the videos ads can be over the place, I suspect that ads are randomly placed. I'm thinking about doing tests, play the same video multiple time and take notes on when ads are.
Ads are specially annoying when playing lofi while reading or focusing.

Hashtag barf... This obsession with AI is seriously getting out of hand. Sure AI can do good things, but it can also be very dangerous.
I love technology in general, but I still think today's technology is getting too much. Society and companies want too much...

I love books, even if it took 25+ years to discover a style and type of books I can read. My autism and ADHD make it difficult when there's too much words. Until recently that I discover the wonderful world of graphic novels, they take about 2 hours to read, love them. :-)
