Government for the people: Corporations paid 9% of federal taxes in 2023. People paid 84%. Corporations pay taxes on profits, not earnings. Instead, tax them on income. Allow deductions for salaries, health insurance premiums, and number of employees. Encourage hiring and retention.

The average worker makes 55,000 currently. To make the equivalent of the average worker from the 70s, they would have to make 110,000. This is the fundamental problem that government needs to address. Give people a better life. Stop catering to corporations and the wealthy.

GDP went from 5 trillion to 27 trillion between 1990 and 2023 a 540% increase median income went from 30,000 to 42,000, a 27% increase this is why saying that ‘the economy is doing great’ is a slap in the face to 90% of Americans. they have been left behind
