More High Republic is always a good thing. I REALLY need these to start getting scripts to read though. As someone partially deaf, I haven’t really been able to do any of the Star Wars audio dramas until the book version hits months later.

Really looking forward to this.

Encyclopædia Britannica will continue to use ‘Gulf of Mexico’ for a few reasons: -We serve an international audience, a majority of which is outside the U.S. -The Gulf of Mexico is an international body of water, and the U.S.’s authority to rename it is ambiguous. 🧵⬇️

@sithtyminutes.bsky.social FYI, if you're interested in talking about all this I have THINGS TO SAY www.independent.co.uk/news/world/a...

Absolutely infuriating.

For #AhsokaTanoDay, here we are meeting Ashley Eckstein at Steel City Con in Pittsburgh last month. She and Ahsoka mean the world to us, and we showed our appreciation of her work advocating for mental health with a custom version of our mascot droid RE-SQ. Remember, Ahsoka lives in all of us.

I joked about @stevesaylor.social being biased here, but just to be clear - Steve is the host and does not decide on the award winners... 🙂

The Game Accessibility Conference (GAConf) Awards are live now. #StarWarsOutlaws is up in multiple categories! Streams are also available in descriptive audio and ASL, as well as other formats. youtube.com/playlist?lis...

Given disability statistics, every group has a KB too. You'll probably know if it's you. If not, take the time to find out who in your group might need more support than they feel comfortable asking for.

Just want to reinforce that although we focus on Star Wars and disability here online and on our podcast, we stand by all those who are marginalized and at risk. Disability is a great unifier across endangered communities, and we want to support safe spaces. Star Wars fans are here for you.

new star wars theory post on KB, assistive tech, chronic illness management/cure/care and disability politics in skeleton crew 🥺 share ur thoughts, if u want ! starwarstheory.substack.com/p/can-the-tr...

i just watched the newest #SkeletonCrew episode... KB has such a special place in my heart. the disability representation is what i needed and wish i had as a kid but what has healed a wound in my heart that i never thought could be mended. i love this show so, so much

Apparently Skeleton Crew does.

Did not expect beforehand that Skeleton Crew would deliver the franchise's best disability representation yet but here we are. Love you, KB.

Kyriana Kratter (who plays KB) was superb in SKELETON CREW Episode 6. Such a heartfelt performance and so genuinely conveyed what it’s like to have a disability or an invisible disability and the anxiety that can come from advocating for yourself. Amazing work 💜

As someone with Long COVID who can still mostly function, but when I push myself, I can crash… That last episode of Skeleton Crew made me feel seen.

This episode of "Skeleton Crew" is directly addressing disability, assistive devices, and the problems with people who "don't see disability."

Hi. We're here. Who wants to talk about #StarWars and disability?
