FEMA will stop matching recovery money in North Carolina. Since its not considered a strong Red state, Trump wants to slap NC citizens. Full Red states have been getting FEMA money, no questions asked. Courts ruled (a few weeks ago) that Trump was blantly witholding FEMA from 19 Blue states.
