Just a reminder that law licenses come from the states, not the federal government. So states CAN simply disbar or otherwise discipline any lawyer who argues in favor of, say, stripping birthright citizenship by executive order or that Indigenous people aren't citizens. AND EVERY STATE SHOULD.
